all products automatically come with a free 10-day warranty for refunds and returns. no refunds or returns will be accepted after the 10-day period following the delivery of the product unless it meets these following conditions

refunds and returns will not be accepted if the product is in poor shape or altered in any way and the damage was not caused by delivery

the only exceptions for refund or return is the conditions listed above and/or if the product does not meet customer standards or the customer is unhappy  with the product visually

refunds will be sent back immediately through the same way the customer used to pay
